Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

A kitchenette area contains a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink unit, all of which can be shut off when not in use. The dining space has a foldaway table and the bedroom a super-king bed, with a separate dressing area and clothes rail, and a modern ensuite bathroom with shower.
