It is surrounded by parkland on the banks of the Shannon River and stands next to St Patrick's, the former parish church. The cottage has central heating, a shower room, toilet, a TV and broadband. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, coffee machine, kettles, a washing machine and a fridge freezer.

Brilliant location just 5 minutes drive into the city centre with a bus stop outside the door. There are excellent restaurants in Limerick , and I can advise you where the best places to dine are. Also places of interest to visit. Free car parking .

Aine House

Short drive to either Limerick City or Killaloe on Lough Derg. With St Johns Castle and Bunratty Castle and folk park also within 15 to 30mins drive. On return relax in this spacious and peaceful space. Adjacent scenic walk along the aqueduct built in the 1920's with wonderful views while taking the stroll some 6klm if one desires. A fantastic gateway for those looking to explore West Ireland and Atlantic coast line.
