The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Yallumbee Beach Studio - Balnarring Beach

Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & pool

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Superbly located for a 10 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, coffee shops and great restaurants. After a leisurely or busy day out, our apartment offers superb accommodation with wonderful views over Port Phillip bay - inside and out! Dining has never been more delightful than on the deck overlooking the bay.

Comfy Shoreham Beach House

Our Shoreham shack is a laid-back and comfortable 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Good heating and cooling and fully equipped so you just turn up and relax. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

Morradoo Studio

Idyllic Flinders location with the “iconic” golf course circuit walk just out front. The studio is within easy walking distance to the Flinders Hotel, Restaurants and Cafes, Boutique shopping, Art Galleries and our fabulous General store. Beautiful yet wild Bass Straight views are just 100mt down the road. Walk to Cyril’s, Hoppers and Big Left surfing spots. Your accommodation is just down the garden path, past the main house to where your self contained sanctuary awaits.

Red Hill Boat - luxury 1942 wartime boat on land!

A rescue boat in WW2, then a courtesy boat for the Queen, now a unique B&B in private grounds in the heart of the wine and fine-dining district of the Mornington Peninsula.
