The Pool House on the lake has several great features and is more the just a lake house. The house sets on a 5 acres wooded lot with a private gated drive. The 1950s home has the original bathrooms and kitchen but has been updated with great wifi ( for work or school) and new HD TVs through out. The view to the lake is one of a kind with its own private sandy beach and fire pit. No matter what the weather is there's something to do because this house also has a heated indoor pool(all year long).

Located nearManchester University. Come to the country and forget your worries in this newly remodeled spacious farmhouse. Located 4 miles North of North Manchester, Indiana. Enjoy looking out the kitchen window to the pasture with cows on this farm. Lovely enclosed porch to eat breakfast or play games. There is a fire pit for wiener roasts and an outdoor grill for your use. 5 bedroom, 2 bath home can host up to 10 guests. Queen Sofa Sleeper, laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen. NO PETS.

Pictures are provided to show how close you are to the lake and the dock. The cottage has parking for one vehicle only. There is no overflow parking. Sorry, no pets allowed.
