Rhyll Seaside Retreat Phillip Island

We welcome guests looking for a comfortable and restful stay in our home in the beautiful seaside village of Rhyll. Our home is a 10 minute stroll to 2 local cafés & a restaurant & 10 minute drive from Cowes, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and specialty shops. You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. The apartment includes 2 queen sized bedrooms, lounge/dining with TV, bathroom with bath & shower, laundry with kitchenette.

Less than 5 minutes' walk to a safe swimming beach and the local Silverleaves cafe. The property also has a well-established beautiful garden. Only 5 minutes' drive to the center of Cowes with lots of shopping, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and 5 minutes' walk to the golf course. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOUSE IS BYO LINEN & TOWELS except for the Moto GP. Moto GP tenants have transport close by. House has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen and 2 single beds, and a detached bungalow has a queen size bed.

Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

Hideaway, Silverleaves

Hideaway holiday house is one street from the Silverleaves beach, nestled amongst beautiful banksias, 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to Silverleaves Cafe. Relax and enjoy a bbq with friends on the deck. This property has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, Kitchen dining and lounge room upstairs. Guest will require sheets, pillow slips and towels except for grand prix week. Linen and towels can be provided at a cost of $35 per bed. Fully fenced front and backyard for your pets.

Baydream Believer

Just a short walk to Silverleaves beach and lovely Silverleaves Café! One of the best locations on the Island, nestled in a quiet and sheltered court. The house has two lounge areas and is very well equipped with everything you’ll need to relax, entertain and enjoy! Inside decor has holiday and beach feel galore, while the fireplace will keep you cosy and comfortable in winter. The house has free unlimited internet, a great covered deck with BBQ and a large fully fenced backyard.

Located at 22 Silverleaves Avenue, Silverleaves Cowes, follow road onto the Silverleaves General Store Silverleaves Beach house is a lovely family friendly house located across the road from a north facing beach. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.

The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
