Welcome to Kosmima, a beautiful gem set in the heart of Skiathos town. Carefully restored, this unique home is situated 150m from both ports, close to shops, bars and restaurants. With its private courtyard you can relax in comfort. Kosmima sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. This is an old house and the ground floor has low ceilings so taller people may be more suited to the upper bedroom. The house has A/C, WiFi and USB charging points.

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. It is only a 4-minute walk to the port area and 7 minutes away from the public parking lot of Acropolis. The upper floor can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a double bed and a sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a small balcony with chairs and a table too.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island.
