The property is situated roughly halfway between the town of King's Lynn and the historic medieval city of Norwich. The gorgeous North Norfolk coast, with 45 miles of unspoilt beaches, is a 35-minute drive away, and the Broads National Park is a 45-minute journey.

Accessible by a 3/4 mile unmade track, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, with a flat, dramatic landscape and fantastic sunsets. Finished to a high standard.

Bailiff’s Cottage Circa 1600 was built for the Bailiff of the Castle & bought by Sir Edward Coke, Lord Chief Justice of England, Earl of Leister in 1615, along with associated houses, Castle & The Priory.
