All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

It sits on a quiet, tree lined,unsurfaced lane with little vehicle traffic but despite this is only 10 mins from both J29 of the M5 and the A30
