The Fig House | Mid Century, Pool, Mins from Beach

The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

Built in 1944 and transformed in 2021, the Mildred Rose Cottage embodies the best of old and new. With direct ocean frontage on two sides, the cottage is uniquely positioned to watch both sunrise and sunset. Luxuriously renovated (all high-end furniture, appliances and fittings), and perfectly situated (bike or walk to town), the Mildred Rose cottage is in a league of its own. Saltlife downstairs duplex

It's time to kick back and relax at newly renovated Saltlife below deck. Smoke a butt on the Green Egg, hang out in our tiki hut on the hammock, griddle up some pancakes and eggs on the flat top griddle, or just relax on the patio and feel the ocean breeze. 3 blocks to the beach and crab corner (4 popular SSI restaurants). We loved living here and now want to share our place with you.

Coco’s Cottage

This is a dream cottage with a yard that envelops you as you walk into the gate. If charming is what you are looking for with all the modern conveniences you found the perfect location. This tranquil cottage has two bedrooms and one bath decorated beautifully. The large deck begs for you to sit outside with a sweet tea and breathe in the wonderful salt air. Let me say Welcome Home!

Flying Turtle SSI

Coastal comfort meets island adventure at The Flying Turtle! This 3BR/2BA home includes porches, a stocked kitchen, and a 6-seater golf cart for exploring the island. Stays of 5+ nights include complimentary cart use; shorter stays may add it for a fee. Rental agreement required after booking. Cart use requires additional terms and valid license.
