The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Quiet Western Country Setting

Enjoy a rural setting in the heart of cowboy country. Room to bring a horse and relax in quiet while being able to travel to many amenities surrounding Stephenville, Texas. (We're 2 miles out of town) Our new tiny home has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Come enjoy a fire outside, sit on the porch, or go for a ride in the area. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval. This includes a $20 pet fee. Up to 3 horses allowed with pre-approval and horse fee.

Feel at home in this 3 bedroom, two full bath home with free parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking as well. The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/boho/travel theme and is 3 blocks from TSU. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance so the only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed.
