Riverbank Retreat is a cosy unique wooden cabin nestled on the riverbank of the River Adur. It is situated in the country's smallest RSPB bird reserve and is the perfect place to get away and relax. On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

A hidden gem in Steyning within the South Downs National Park. A walk to the South Downs Way. Located up a private track offering a rural setting. 5 minute walking distance to the picturesque historic market town of Steyning with its shops, cafes and pubs. Whilst the accommodation doesn't have a kitchen, we include a fresh breakfast including fruit, juice, yogurt, milk and berry compot. A selection of cereals, tea, coffee, (Nespresso Machine). Gluten free and Vegan diets available.

Gorgeous modern furnished cabin in Steyning

The cabin is located on a 4 acre plot about 200m from our house with a view of a pond. We are a family with 2 friendly dogs and are there to help if needed but far enough away to give you privacy. Steyning high street is only 1 mile away from the property. Please note - the cabin works for 2 adults,2 children, 4 adults are a squeeze as the sleep sofa is 1.30 m wide. If you would like a birthday decoration as in the photos please let me know- this can be arranged at an extra charge.
