ETHNO HOUSE NBN is located in the village of Limljani, between Lake Skadar and the Adriatic Sea.It is 6 km way from the small town of Virpazar , 12km from the well known seaside resort of Sutomore,and 22 km from the Podgorica airport. The home has a kitchen,WC and separated shower,a large bedroom with 3 beds that can sleep 5 people,baby bad, Wi- Fi,outdoor pool ( from 1st june to 1st october) porch with patio furniture overlooking lush gardens, vineyards and mountains that encircle the village.

River House 97 je luksuzno opremljena dvospratna kuca,gdje se nalazi sa desne strane rijeke Bojane,400m od mosta.Kuca je opremljena sa svim dodatnim inventarom, gdje u prizemlju u dnevni boravak ima TV sa 200 kanala,wi-fi,kuhinja sa trepezarijom,sporetom, friziderom,rostil,toster,kupatilo sa ves masinom, peglom,terasom sa 60m2 i dodatnom mini kuhinjom,sa trepezarijom i ljezajkama. U gornjem spratu ima dve spavace sobe,kupatilo i terasa sa prelijepim pogledom .Kuca raspolaze sa 3 parking mjesta.

Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. Fully equipped with:Air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, linen and towels. Comfortably sleeps 4 persons in bedrooms and 1-2 on the sofa in the living room. The apartment with a separate entrance has a hallway, a kitchen with a small living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Equipped with bedding for all seasons, cooking and eating utensils, barbecue utensils. The apartment is on the low ground floor due to the position of the house, it is quiet and comfortable, the view from the apartment is obscured by the neighboring house, but it opens onto the terrace where there is a garden table. It is not on the sunny side and is pleasant in the summer.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Babovic 1

"Babovic1" is a cosy 40m² apartment with big panorama glass facing sea and a balcony of around 5m². There is a fancy bedroom 8m² with panorama glass as well. Apartment has a small (but big enough😀) kitchen and bathroom with all the necessary accessories. Apartment can accommodate max 3 person's. There are 2 separate Wifi's with 25mb speed each to ensure smooth usage. And most important me, with my big loving heart, as Your host to assist You in anything You might require. 😃😃

Sunset House 2

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
