Trough a steps you will come on the second floor of the house where is situated one bedroom with a 2 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Here is also one more bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You will find here under the roof a small couch and very romantic corner.

The property has a private pool with sun deck and barbecue; beautiful garden with palm, olive, chestnut and walnut trees, sage, lavender, rosemary and laurel bushes; all surrounded by a stone wall.

Villa Lord House is situated on the edge of a small village in the heart of Istria. The whole plot is fenced (new 1.6 meter high fence) and private. In the cozy garden, surrounded only by green nature, there is a large swimming pool. Sunbeds and parasols are everywhere. A gazebo, with a large table and a charcoal grill, is placed directly above the pool.
