This is a unique, cosy, self contained, elevated POD set in a private garden, close to the water, overlooking Kinsale Harbour and town, in the jewel of Kinsale - Summercove. You can relax while watching the boats go by, take long coastal walks, go for a swim in the ocean, dine in the local award winning pub/restaurant (The Bulman), explore the 16th century fort (Charles Fort), take a stroll into town or an electric bike & head out exploring. Sandpit Cottage

Relax and take it easy at this rejuvenating country getaway. Sandpit Cottage is located in the Blackwater Valley, surrounded by green fields and rolling hills, with the Knockmealdown, Comeragh and Galtee mountain ranges clearly visible in the distance. It is situated in an agricultural heartland, nestled between the towns of Youghal, Tallow, Lismore & Cappoquin. Outdoor pursuits include the beachs, walking, cycling, fishing and golfing, with fine dining available in nearby Ardmore and Dungarvan.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

The Swallow's Nest

Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.
