Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The Cheerful Cottage

Have fun with the whole family @ this brand new home. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with all the needed amenities. Conveniently located just off Hwy 80 between Longview and Hallsville, minutes from Loop 281 & I-20. The kitchen has basic cooking and eating utensils, dish soap and towels. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided for your convenience. 1 towel per guest is provided. The living room has a smart TV for airplay and casting. This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.

The Treehouse at Seven Springs

Relive your childhood dreams in the Treehouse at Seven Springs. You will be surrounded by tall trees and a small spring. Enjoy taking walks on the farm and a 2 acre pond you can swim/fish.
