French double doors lead from the renovated laundry (and bathroom) onto a stunning back veranda/entertaining area, complete with ceiling fan. Your stay at Sellwood Cottage will not disappoint.

Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.
