It faces the Atlantic Ocean and Molasses Reef Marina where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while delighting yourself with amazing sunrises from your own balcony. It is very spacious and centrally located. Close to all attractions and a short hop to The ultimate Key West. We are located in Kawama, a private community with lots outdoor water activities and amazing restaurants. A big plus is a set of washer and dryer inside the garage.

Bayside is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and the city center. Our Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Rental includes use of boat ramp, boat trailer parking, and dockage for one boat 26 feet or less. Our location is directly on Florida Bay and shows some spectacular sunsets over the water. We allow one dog less than 15 pounds. The Villa is set within a native hammock with numerous native plants and trees. Pick your own key limes!
