The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

The old post office offers modern decor comfortable accommodation central heating the property is situated approx 300 metres from the blue flag Mablethorpe beach. 200 metres from local shop & cinema fish & chip shop nearby. we are approx 1 mile to town centre. there are lots of interesting walks & interesting places to visit within walking distance or short drive.the owners live on site and will be available for any help advice you may need also to help with any problems .

Humberston Fitties Fiddly Dee Dog Friendly Chalet

Humberston Fitties is a quiet and unique conservation site offering the chance to get away from it all. Fiddly Dee is a 'non party/events' holiday home as we welcome families and pets (maximum of two dogs) to enjoy the superb beaches, coastal walks and the adjacent RSPB nature reserve. The Fitties beach is dog friendly all year (there are restrictions for Cleethorpes main beach) The coastline offers excellent opportunities for the more adventurous to enjoy a variety of water sports.
