Accommodation comprises a kitchen (w. slimline dishwasher), open plan sitting/dining area with log burner, bedroom (King Size bed), shower room and downstairs loo. It has been fully modernised to provide 21st century standards of comfort and convenience, at all seasons of the year. It is dog-friendly and is found in a lovely idyllic backwater of Ironbridge with beautiful treetop views over the Gorge yet only a ten minute walk to the historic centre and the world's first Iron Bridge, coffee shops, restaurants and museums.

This is a great location for lovers of both town and country. Only a short distance to the magnificent Shropshire Hills which offer excellent hiking and cycling and also only a short drive to Shrewsbury Town Centre which is famous for its medieval buildings, Norman castle and Abbey. The town is great for shopping and socialising and hosts a large number of independent retailers, excellent restaurants, traditional pubs and cocktail bars. We have good internet access.

The School House, a charming 200-year old cottage.

Marnwood School House is a beautiful holiday cottage with bags of charm. The cottage dates back 200 years, where it was originally used as a school house for the poor but Reverend Bartlett in 1824. The property has been fully restored to an excellent standard, whilst still retaining its period character. The property is just a few minutes drive from Ironbridge, which offers lots of attractions and activities for all ages, as well as great places to eat.

Morfe Farm Annex is a beautiful modernly decorated self catered apartment, adjoining the main property with a separate entrance and parking. We are located in the beautiful Shropshire countryside just 3 miles from the market town of Bridgnorth which is on the banks of the River Severn and home to the Severn Valley Railway. The property is suitable for couples, however there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests at an additional cost.
