Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Cozy 3 BR by the Water at the Jersey Shore

Our home is across from the water and a short drive to the beach; 10 minutes to Seaside and Lavallette, and 20 minutes to Pt. Pleasant. 4 Seaside Park beach badges are included. The beach and boardwalk are perfect for families to enjoy their time here at the shore. For a small fee, the township pool is 3 minutes away at the rec center. The rec center also offers pickle ball courts and other amenities. For adults, Atlantic City is an hour drive. Come enjoy our home and have a relaxing vacation.

Bayside bungalow only a few blocks from the beach

Peaceful and relaxing condo on the bay. Great for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, playground, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. On-site heated pool for your use. Paddle board/kayak ramp located on property along with several char-grills overlooking the bay. 2 Bedroom Bungalow

Lovely little two bedroom bungalow 2 blocks from the bay. House is about 4 miles away from Seaside Heights boardwalk and Island Beach State park. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, liquor store, ice cream shop, supermarket, and the Barnegat Bay. Fabulous little beach on the bay where dogs are welcomed. Very cool and cozy little place where you can enjoy a few days and relax. Fenced in back yard for the dogs and a doggie door. Gas BBQ and fire pit. 4 Beach badges, senior beach badges.
