Curl up with Netflix in front of the log fire, or head around the corner for a traditional ale in the old village pub. If you are feeling more adventurous, Incredible Dartmoor is on your doorstep. Drive out to see the rugged tors and the famous moorland ponies, and don't forget to stop for a traditional Devonshire cream tea!

The Walled Garden

An enchanting 19th century coach house uniquely nestled within a historic walled kitchen garden in the stunning Dart valley. A detached 4 bedroom (2 bathroom) period property with parking for 3 cars and a garden likened to the National Trust and featured on Gardener's World. Perfectly located between Dartmoor and the best beaches of South Devon, The Walled Garden is just a short drive from popular Totnes and Ashburton as well as beautiful river walks, cosy pubs and the South Devon Railway.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Wake to the sound of church bells, eat breakfast in bed then head out to explore the beauty and peace of Dartmoor. On your return to the cottage, relax in the deep, deep bath with a bottle of fizz, listen to vinyl on the record player or sink into the sofa and read a book. Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Cosy Cottage 100m From Challaborough Beach

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

Wonderfully located for exploring the South Hams, the cottage is one and half miles from South Milton Sands and the South West coastal path. The gorgeous harbour town of Salcombe is less than five miles away. This cosy cottage is the ideal bolt hole for a couple with up to two children. Two bedrooms; one double bed room and one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Open plan kitchen/living/dining. Fully working wood burning stove.
