In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. Your hot tub, set in the privacy of the rear garden & sunset from the adjacent walking path. Easy walk to Harbour, local shops/restaurants, Blues Train & beach. Boonahview is a self-contained accommodation located high up in the Otways on a working sheep farm. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree views from every window. Stunning! A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.
