Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

A 5 min in bici dal mare, casa e piccolo giardino

Sulla strada principale che porta al mare in zona vivace ben servita! Dal giardino, con ombrellone, tavolino e sedie, si accede alla veranda coperta con panca, poltrone e tavolino ideale per colazioni ed aperitivi, bagno di servizio. Zona giorno con cucina a vista dotata di lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Primo piano; 2 camere (letto matrimoniale 160x200 e letto doppio 140x200), bagno con ampia cabina doccia. Servizio internet wifi e aria condizionata. Imposta di soggiorno da pagare all'arrivo.

Con questo alloggio in centro, la tua famiglia sarà vicina a tutto. Casa Butterfly, si trova al primo piano della villa, e vi si accede attraverso una bella scala esterna. Ci sono 3 camere, di cui 2 matrimoniali ed una singola con piccolo balcone privato. La cucina è esposta a sud. Ha un grande bagno ed uno piccolo di servizio. A corredo un grande spazio esterno privato con gazebo e barbecue. Piscina fuoriterra in comune con l'altro appartamento Casa Butterfly ha il parcheggio interno gratuito

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Villetta a schiera appena ristrutturata, a Torre del lago a 1 km dal mare e 2 km dal lago di Massaciuccoli. Composto al piano terra da cucina e soggiorno (con divano letto), al primo piano da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, una cameretta (con letto a castello) e balcone. Locale lavanderia esterno con bagno. A disposizione gratuita 3 bici (2 adulto 1 bambino), barbecue. Parcheggio interno per moto. Giardino su tre lati. I LOCALI SONO ACCURATAMENTE PULITI ANCHE MEDIANTE PRODOTTI DISINFETTANTI.

A spacious two storey house with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioned), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a nice little garden for summer barbecues and “al fresco” dinners. It has just been nicely re-furnished. We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
