Il cottage è circondato da un colorato giardino curato in ogni suo dettaglio e sono presenti due aree relax e una doccia esterna. Marina di Novaglie è una località turistica molto apprezzata e in grande ascesa.

Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
