A nearby foot path leads to the beach with incredible sunrise/sunset views, including a view of downtown Provincetown and the iconic Pilgrim Monument. This studio cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood tucked off Shore Road; the vibrant Provincetown Street life is just a mile away. The unit was renovated in 2020 with all new furnishings, outdoor shower, kitchenware and appliances.

Linens & towels are included. **NO PETS ALLOWED** This is our family cottage and our son is allergic to dogs. We do not recommend this cottage for any guests with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep.

The bedrooms and bathroom have ample built-in storage space, and the comfortable beds sleep up to four guests.
