This comfortable, 2 story, 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite is perfect for two to three people. It is a separate portion of our home with its own private entrance. The unit includes a full kitchen with a fridge/freezer, countertop stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, a microwave, and many pots, pans, and utensils. The living area features a queen sofa bed and an adjustable smart tv. The bedroom has a smart tv, as well as a comfortable couch perfect for lounging. **Any stolen items will be charged**

Tiny Home Near the Springs

Fresh air and back to nature. Imagine a tiny but comfortable hotel room in a rural setting. You'll hear roosters crow as the sun rises. Take a walk on a moonless cloudless night, and you may see stars. This 190 sq. ft. tiny house is a ten minute drive to either Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, a four minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, and a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. The major theme parks are a 30 to 45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

We are located close to many Orlando staples like: Disney and Universal theme parks, UCF, Valencia and Seminole College campuses, the Orlando International Airport (MCO), beaches, shopping centers, entertainment spots and Downtown Orlando. Our central spot is close to important highways that will get you to your destination quickly. The home is fully furnished with parking spots for 3 cars. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This studio has a comfortable memory foam mattress and beautiful bathroom w/ rain shower. There is also a 65" smart TV & a kitchen uniquely designed with light cooking needs

This is a beautiful and comfortable Room equipped with a queen size bed, a large full bathroom, a kitchenette, a mini fridge, a Microwave, a Cofee Maker and a TV. Internet included. It is located 15 minutes from the MCO Orlando Airport; 20 minutes from the Florida Mall and 30 minutes from most Themes Parks. It is also located around many restaurants, shopping centers and major highways. Please be aware that we do not provide food other than coffee, also we do not have washer and dryer.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable.
