A Rózsafaház egy modernizált alpesi faház a kőszegi Szabó-hegyen, az Írottkő Natúrpark területén, mely aszfaltos és erdei úton megközelíthető. A házat erdőkert öleli körbe, ahol gondozott a zöldfelület, kerti sütögető tisztás, játszótér áll rendelkezésre. Az épület panoráma-terasszal rendelkezik, ahonnan remek kilátás nyílik a Dunántúl és a Kőszegi-hegység irányába is. A ház konyha-étkező-háló helyiségből (kandallóval) és zuhanyzós fürdőszobából áll, valamint az emeleten háló galéria található.

A történelmi belváros csupán pár perc sétára várja az idelátogatót, ahol remek éttermek, kávézók, borozók és hangulatos teraszok állnak a turisták rendelkezésére. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer, eine offenes Wohn-, Esszimmer und Küche, Wintergarten, Terrasse, Kino und einen Flügel. Der Blick reicht bis zum "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" und das Grundstück geht bis zu den Gleisen auf denen die Sonnenland Draisinen unterwegs sind. Auf der Terrasse kann man das Leben bei einer Kaffeekreation genießen, die Du Dir gratis aus der Kaffeemaschine ziehen kannst. Was will man mehr?

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.
