Hillside Getaway w/ pool

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.). Located in the picturesque town of Santa Paula, 15 miles to Ojai and 17 miles to Ventura. I live in on the top floor of the home though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. You’ll love it because of the quiet neighborhood, a private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. *Heater and A/C inside unit.

Really cool 2 bedroom, close to the beach!

My two bedroom apartment is all on the 2nd floor of the building. You will like it because it is close to the Oxnard harbor and beaches. My place is 35 minutes to Malibu and 40 minutes to Santa Barbara :) Note: The front door of this condo faces an alley. There is potential for noise from the neighbors and also noise from cars passing by.
