The house sits close enough to the ocean to see the waves, and sometimes see dolphins jump & play while having your morning coffee.

The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) and 3 full bath condo. This is a single floor plan on the top floor. There are elevators at the condominium.
