Ideal spot for fishing, kitesurfing/surfing, marshland nature walks and beach enjoyment! Named after kitesurfing "downwinder," this home welcomes water sportsmen and poolside readers alike. The neighborhood is a quiet mix of rentals and full-time residents with beach, pool, and tennis court just steps away. Constructed in 2022, the home was built intentionally with guests in mind. Our goal is to maintain a space that's immaculately clean, clutter-free, and comfortable for a carefree getaway.

Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 1- Oct 15) & hot tub. If a 1 or 2 night opening is left between bookings, send an inquiry & I will open those days for a booking!
