Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. Tucked away behind the other houses on the street and surrounded by huge trees and ferns, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Yet you can enjoy the convenience of being only minutes away from town. The house is perfect for a couple, but even more perfect for those with young children who will love the huge playground complete with swings, bikes, toys, cubby house, sandpit and trampoline!

Forest Way Farm Tiny House

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.

Ancient Future style at Warby Sabi

This property is a mere 3 minutes up the hill from Warburton village but feels much more tucked away. There are two buildings here which were thoughtfully built to face in opposite directions for maximum privacy. Lots to see on the grounds including the creek and lush gardens. If you want to venture further on foot or by mountain bike you will find you are very near the 30 km long O'Shannassy Aqueduct trail and the Warburton trail which goes as far as Lilydale.
