We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Ideally located between Guilford's famous green, gorgeous harbor and town beach, easily walk everywhere. High-season/weekend rate reflected in general view--check for actual. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

“LaBoDee”, a fun play on the word abode, house, is a tiny cottage located central to CT’s unique shoreline communities, just off I95. “LaBoDee” is one room with a fully equipped kitchenette, ready for those who would like to stay awhile. “LaBoDee” is on a property contiguous to a state forest (a trail is right outside the door) yet within walking distance is a delicious deli, market, gas station, pizza, a lake, and close by is the beach. A local restaurant has day passes for their beach- $20!!

A cozy home in a beach community that has a central location with easy access to outdoor activities & local restaurants. The home is also 5 minutes from the Branford Train Station, Stony Creek Brewery, & Branford's town center. We are also a 10 minute drive from New Haven, home to Yale University, Yale Hospital and other colleges/universities. Our guests also gain access to Johnsons' Beach, a private residents only beach, located just around the corner from the home (3 minute walk)

Originally from Russia (hence the name “Beriozka” meaning Birch Tree) I live in Stamford CT. About 7-8 years ago I’ve discovered Chester/ Essex area and fell in love. I’ve been coming here during summer to enjoy river rides, during winter just to see snow on the ground of old towns and needless to say during fall – when all the beauty of nature unfolds. Then came an idea to have an own place here and when an opportunity came to buy this small cottage on Cedar Lake I’ve jumped on it.

Simple, no frills guest cottage near South Cove in Old Saybrook. Drop your kayak /paddle board in at the end of the street, walk to town for dinner or a show at the Katherine Hepburn Theater, or enjoy a day at town beach only 1.5 miles away. This is a shabby chic escape in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. A few quirks but tons of charm! If you are looking to unplug and sit by the fire pit, read a book, and go to the beach, this is the place for you.

Enjoy beautiful views of long island sound from the front porch of this cozy home in the heart of Indian Neck's entertain and restaurant area. Short walk to the Owenego, Lenny's, The Stand, Guacamole's and more. The stairs to the bedrooms are narrow and steep and not suitable for children under 4 years of age or anyone who requires assistance walking.
