We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Very close beaches near dune road. Movie theaters, supermarkets, liquor store, farms and a bunch of local restaurants that you can visit.DJs are not allowed. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Charming Apt in the Heart of the Hamptons

Welcoming studio apartment with queen bed, living room and spacious full bathroom. Kitchenette complete with laundry. Small deck with delightful creek-side views. And this unit includes cable TV and Wi-Fi. Please note that there is an extra fee of $75. per stay for each pet, There is a queen sofa bed in living area for quests at $75 additional fee. This unit is attached to the main house.
