Two hundred year old live oaks greet you as you enter the neighborhood and arrive at this grand low country tabby home. Visit nearby historic downtown St. Marys, catch the ferry and spend a day on Cumberland Island, go hiking or biking ( bikes provided) in local area parks, enjoy golf at three beautiful nearby courses. Dock your boat at our 36' floating dock with easy access to the big water.

It is located on 9 scenic acres that offers trees with hooting owls nestled in them, a tall bluff that meanders down to a long boardwalk that takes you through a cypress forest that ends at the Satilla River. At the river you can relax, watch nature or read a book. We are a quick drive to great fishing.

The "Story House" is a 1917 home we moved onto our 15 acre property and renovated. It's furnishings are clean and comfortable, and its beautiful cypress interior belies its rough, aged exterior. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for you to whip up your own meals-the closest restaurant is miles away. This is the perfect place for a solitary writer or a family looking for a different kind of get-away! You'll want to explore the property- it's an Adventure in Learning about a by-gone era!

Lighthouse Cottage

When visiting Darien, Lighthouse Cottage is a great choice. It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.

River Retreat

This is a truly special property is a country paradise with direct access to the Satilla River. Inside of the home provides large living space and an open kitchen. Both bedrooms offer attached baths and the loft is the perfect space for the kids. Built in the old south style, the kitchen is attached via a breeze way. The kitchen wing offers living space and bedroom. The main house offers living space, bedroom and loft. Guest must read and agree to the property waiver.

Retreat to southern coastal Georgia in this beautiful and clean vacation rental close to downtown St. Marys. Located a few blocks from the ferry to visit Cumberland Island National Seashore. Enjoy easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and the St. Mary's waterfront area. This detached studio apartment shares a driveway with the owners' residential home, but you'll have privacy with a separate entrance and an enclosed yard with chairs and a firepit.

The Farm's wide open common area makes it ideal for hosting groups, and the huge front, side, and back yards are perfect for lively kiddos. Whether you're planning a reunion, retreat, or just want to rest, this spot will treat you well! We've added a Smart TV for Movie night and a New gas grill to the outside deck! Enjoy!

Coastal Cottage is less than a mile from the Jekyll And Saint Simon's Island causeways and Historic Downtown Brunswick. Savannah and Jacksonville and their airports are an easy hour away. Come love what we love about our adopted hometown! We are pet lovers! So your pets are welcome. There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.
