The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

April Rise is a cosy 3 bedroom home situated in the picturesque village of Ottery St Mary, famous for the annual Tar Barrels event. This homely property has 2 comfortable double bedrooms and a single room with a light and bright, open plan lounge and dining room. The well equipped kitchen is spacious and well laid out making cooking up a feast a pleasure. This home is perfectly situated for Devon walks and trips to the coast. The garden is a perfect sanctuary to enjoy the evening sunshine.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
