The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Bresby Cottage, 3 Bedroom Country Cottage

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

Pine Lodge with Wood Fired Hot Tub & Big Skies

Take a break and unwind at Pine Lodge. Situated at Green Escapes in South Lincolnshire. Famous for its flat countryside with big skies, this lodge is also close to RSPB Nature Reserves. This quirky Glamping Lodge is exclusively for your use with its own bathroom with shower, loo & sink and a dedicated private outdoor area with outdoor sofa, barbecue and picnic bench. Inside is a quaint dining table with two chairs, a sofa and TV. Open planned living, there's a double bed including bed linen.

In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

Mrs Hortons offers high end, luxe guest accommodation in the heart of Sutterton village, only 6 miles from Boston. Small, non destructive dogs are very welcome and whilst our accommodation is ideal for couples our comfortable sofa bed is also perfect for children or a third adult. A self contained part of our home including a well appointed kitchenette, as well as a beautiful bathroom with luxury fittings and toiletries for your use.
