Willow Knoll 2 is a four bedroom apartment on the first floor of our home. Has two full bathrooms and a large living/dining/kitchen area. Complete with all utensils, etc. needed for cooking and dining. Three of the bedrooms have a twin bed above the main bed and thus the space can sleep up to 11 people. Parking/patio/yard/grills/fire pit are immediately in front of the apartment. The pond located on the property is not stocked. Our property is 8.5 acres located 16 miles from Fredericksburg.

This two story, three bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom house sleeps 10-12. The house features a large master with full bathroom, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and 3 televisions with cable. The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck.
