Historic FARM STAY. Est. In 1757 and hidden from view, it is certain to provide a private getaway! If you have the heart of a "homesteader" or simply want to have a peaceful holiday, this farmette will allow you to travel back in time for a relaxing experience you will not forget! A winding brook and pond are located within short walking distance from the home. Well furnished, this home will impress you with all her comfort and character!

Centrally located in northern Delaware with easy on/off access to 95 and 495. Newer construction, built in 2018. One large bedroom with KING size bed, 1.5 bath, private entrance, living room and full eat in kitchen. Work station area. Twin size pull out in living room. Two miles from Longwood Gardens and six from Winterthur and Brandywine River museums, the apartment is ideally located for exploring Brandywine Valley sites and historic Kennett Square. Situated in a garden with views of a wildflower meadow and horses, it offers a spacious bedroom and bath, cozy kitchen/living combo and washer/dryer. It is modern, super clean, comfortable, and private--an idyllic country escape.

Our most budget-friendly option. This is our oldest unit, kept specifically for guests seeking a low-cost stay. If you are looking for crisp and fresh, this is not the place for you. It is a simple, functional apartment on the 1st floor in a historic building—not a luxury renovation. We require government-issued photo ID, sign agreement and a $500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion.

It is a bright cheerful one bedroom unit with a large covered balcony located on the grounds of the famous Egyptian house. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people but will accommodate 4 with the living room couch converting to a bed. The property is conveniently located with plenty of off street parking.

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
