Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. New dock coming in 2026. Lakefront cottage in the center of New England. Our home has everything you need for your waterfront retreat. Enjoy morning coffee or go fishing on your private dock. Step out the front door and you are at the community park and playground. Walk 2 minutes to the community beach or 5 minutes to the start of 7 miles of hiking trails. Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

The Art Experience

The Art House at the Ellison Building was built in 1878. This unit was renovated in 2004 and 2022. It is walking distance to both Freeman lake beach and also a boat launch for the Merrimack River. It's situated between Lowell and Nashua NH. 40 minute drive to Boston or Manchester. This 2 bedroom condo was renovated by artist/architect Daniel Forcier. All of the artwork hanging is for sale and Daniel has his art studio on site where classes are available for the complete art experience.

Direct Waterfront A-Frame, Close to 3 Ski Areas!

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.
