Beautifully decorated open plan space with river exe views, with stylish and contemporary interiors. perfect for work or couples for short breaks, visiting family. we are 10 mins walk from Lympstone Marine camp. We are located 2 mins from the exe estuary cycle path, fantastic for walking or cycling, we have a lockable store for bikes. 5 mins to bus, 7 min to train and local Puffing Billy pub Were 5 mins to J30 of M5

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Quayside is a welcoming and inclusive apartment where you can relax by the waterside and make yourself completely at home. Quayside overlooks the town quay and estuary and has a balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast on sunny mornings. Topsham has a good butcher, greengrocer, specialist cheese shop, wine shop, plus a host of wonderful places to eat and drink, many literally on the doorstep.

A self-contained annex, detached from the main house, comprising a large double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Facilities include TV, free wifi, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and private off street parking. Located just off the M5, 15 mins from Exeter city centre and 5 minutes drive from the estuary town of Topsham and Sandy Park, home of Exeter Chiefs. Darts Farm award winning farm shop & café and the estuary cycle path are just a few minutes walk away as is the George & Dragon pub.

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham
