Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax or a small family to get out and about. There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? A peaceful and spacious 1200 sqft two bed apartment taking up the entire top floor of our eight bedroomed Regency Villa, on one of central Cheltenham's finest residential roads. Perfectly situated and providing the best of both worlds : a short stroll, 0.8 miles, to the shops, bars and restaurants of Cheltenham, combined with a relaxing private garden and heated swimming pool. The Cotswold Way, for walking trails, is close by. A great base for girls weekends, families, and couples.

The Summer house is set in it's own large garden with beautiful views of Bredon hill and surrounding Gloucestershire countryside. There are three bedrooms, each with it's own ensuite shower room. The open plan kitchen/sitting room has bifold doors, opening onto a large covered seating area which overlooks the extensive lawns. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, pizza oven, outdoor fire, tables and chairs. The hot tub is located in a private area to the side of the property.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Luxury newly renovated 2 bedroom coach house set in the grounds of a Georgian Manor House with its own private gardens and duck pond over looking the National Trust Tithe Barn. The Coach House is within walking distance of the quaint village of Bredon which boasts 2 pubs, a village shop and playground. Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds. The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.
