Built in 2019, the property is situated outside the village of Knowle, just 1.2 miles from the desirable seaside town of Budleigh Salterton, 4 miles from Exmouth and 6 miles from Sidmouth. Roomy, bright and stylish with open plan living and a garden with a hot tub, the house provides excellent accommodation for families or a group of friends looking to explore the Jurassic coastline.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!
