Die RedBull Arena und die Quarterback Arena erreichst du mit der Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten, jeden See in 20 Minuten. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe und hat einen kleinen Garten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
