Oerlikon railway station is less than a ten-minute walk from the apartment and the exhibition hall and the "Hallenstadion" are a 15-minute walk away. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
