A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

A detached stone cottage in the heart of the north Pennines. Stunning views. With fantastic footpaths, cycle routes straight from the door for those with plenty of energy as it is hilly. Great base for exploring the area. With pubs and coop 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk. Recently renovated to a high standard but still feels characterful and cosy. Underfloor heating, induction hob and super insulated. 2 well behaved dogs only are allowed for a small fee. Sorry no other pets allowed.

We are a 5 minute drive to Alston (petrol, gift shops, pubs, pub food, home made gifts, spa/co-op, mini railway, bike hire, C2C, fishing, cycling). The Lake District, the Borders and the North East are just a drive away. The new build apartment sleeps 4 in 2 upstairs bedrooms (microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher, tv, DVD, wifi, parking, bike store). There’s a stunning view from every window including the shower room, there is no bath. We’re very rural the WiFi can be somewhat unreliable.

Perfect for a relaxing break in an area of outstanding natural beauty, lots of scenic walks from the doorstep. Private garden with a hot tub, a perfect way to view the stars on a clear night. Cosy up in front of the log burner in the spacious lounge.

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! Come away to nature, peace, and tranquillity at an idyllic, self-contained stone cottage nestled in the heart of Northumberland, within a short walk to the North Tyne River, two village pubs, post office, convenience mart and church. Charm can be found in the original stone walls, oak beams, woodburning stove, cosy furniture, and a king-size bed. An excellent touring base, located near Hadrian’s Wall, Roman forts, Hexham Abbey, and Kielder Water and Forest Park.

The Rookery

After much research, I think this cottage was likely built somewhere in the 1500's. It has quirky uneven walls, VERY LOW BEAMS (TAKE CARE) upstairs made from sailing ships that travelled the world. There's no kitchen, but is a dining room with small fridge, microwave, air fryer, sink, kettle, crockery, cutlery and tea making things. *DOGS* Please keep dogs off the bed and furniture as the dog hairs just spread over everything in the washing machine.
