Bellissimo monolocale in provincia di Roma nel comune di Marino. Presenta una camera da letto e lettino da campeggio per un bambino con angolo cottura, bagno e un bel giardino privato con barbecue. Da qui raggiungere Roma è facile, a 300mt è presente la stazione ferroviaria che in 25min arriva alla stazione Termini. A 200mt c'è la fermata dell'autobus che vi portera' alla metro A E alle meraviglie dei Castelli Romani. L'aeroporto di Ciampino a soli 4 minuti il bambino paga 5 €in più al giorno

L'appartamento si trova in una zona ideale per visitare Roma, perchè molto centrale ma comunque in una strada tranquilla. Si può raggiungere comodamente il Colosseo, i Fori Imperiali e i maggiori luoghi di interesse turistico, così come la stazione Termini è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e a 100 mt dal Museo delle Illusioni. Il quartiere Monti, rione storico, si trova a poche centinaia di metri da casa. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi

Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

The loft has been redesigned by an architect and is often the residence of artists who have contributed to the artworks in the loft, and who work for the nearby Street Art Gallery, Galleria Varsi. It is perfect for a family of four or for a couple wishing for a romantic setting for their stay in Rome.
