Due to the stairs and loft, this accommodation may not be appropriate for toddlers and the mobility challenged Parties are not permitted. Rent a unique studio apt in Fells Point! This is no cookie-cutter Airbnb. We converted a portion of our home, a 19th century construction & mid-20th century Fells Pt bar, into a 500 foot apartment w/private entrance, bathroom, work & living space. The apartment is near Fells bars & restaurants, Canton, Hopkins, the harbor, Patterson Park & downtown. 2 miles from stadiums. There is a 6 in. incline from sidewalk to entrance. Access ramp available. No steps in studio. We only host via Airbnb.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

We’re tucked away on a forested residential street, roughly a 7 minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 15m from the coast, 30m from Baltimore and 35m from DC. Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.

There are 4 "rooms" including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a family room with a TV for movies and streaming, and a bedroom full of windows. It is located down a 1/3 mile gravel driveway in the woods on 72 acres of land that has been dedicated in perpetuity to not being developed.
