Our 2-bedroom pet-friendly home has all you need for your next trip to the shore. You'll be two and a half blocks from the beach and within walking distance to popular restaurants. The shaded front porch has ample seating, and the spacious backyard includes a table, seating, and grill just for you. The living room has space to gather around the tv, and a dining table for meals and games. There is also a laptop-friendly workspace. 4 Belmar beach passes are included, as well as chairs.

Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

Air conditioners and smart TV with basic cable. 10 blocks to the beach, 4 blocks to all the cool restaurants of Cookman Ave and 3 blocks to the train to NYC. New bathroom just built.

N&Js Duplex Getaway

The apartment is the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of our renovated house, which was built in 1905. The apartment has a private entrance, porch, and balcony. Please note: 3rd floor is a converted attic space, so there are sloped ceilings. It is located about a ½ mile from the train station and ½ mile from the beach. We have off-street parking for 3 cars.
