Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. Waterfront Oasis in Eastport-Easy Walk to Downtown

Welcome to our Waterfront Oasis in the desirable Eastport section of Annapolis. We feature a main level open floor plan with excellent water views, 4 bedrooms and first level suite with two twins and a second living area. This home is perfectly suited to host a larger family/friend group (Please NO parties or events of any kind.) Metro ride to downtown DC is 25 minutes or less depending on destination. We’re tucked away on a forested residential street, roughly a 7 minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 15m from the coast, 30m from Baltimore and 35m from DC. Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.
