E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. Our house has a private garden with spectacular uninterrupted seaviews and a shared common green area. We live close by and can help with any local information you might need to enhance your stay.

"Hogans Cottage" is a 300 year old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse "Somers' Fort ". It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old timber beams, traditional natural slate floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally the building was the cowhouse where the cows were sheltered and fed for the winter months.
